For ease of use, each price-level of deposit is listed separately below. Select the appropriate level (listed clearly on the details page for each tour), then use the ”Quantity” button to indicate the number of deposits being paid at this level.
TO MAKE A PAYMENT
Step One: Please select the appropriate deposit amount per person for your tour.
Step Two: Next, insert the number of people for whom you are paying a deposit in the box labeled ”Quantity.”
Step Three: Click ”Add to cart.”
After this, you will be moved to the cart page, where you can either complete your credit card payment or return to add more items. Once you reach the payment page, all details you send are fully encrypted, using industry-standard SSL technology, for complete confidentiality and payment safety.
REFUNDS
Refunds for cancellations will be made strictly in accordance with the policies set out in our terms of business. A copy of those terms can be found here.
Please note that refunds can only be made to the credit card account from which the initial payment was made. No cash refunds will be paid under any circumstances.
You are strongly urged to take out suitable travel insurance to cover you against cancellation and any associated payments and costs.
